CONFERENCE GENERAL INFORMATION

1.   Registration, Payment and Information Desk

The 11th IDMAC 2016 Registration and Information Desk will be located at the foyer in front of Auditorium, Institute for Research in Molecular Medicine (INFORMM). Once you have paid the conference fee, you are able to collect your name tag and lanyard, goodies, conference bag, IDMAC 2016 book programme, certificates, receipt of payment and admission to all parallel sessions at the desk before entering the Auditorium.

2.   Parallel Session

There are three sessions in each Parallel Sessions (A, B, and C) which will be conducted in three different rooms (Room A, Room B and Room C). Approximately, there are 90 to 120 minutes in length for each session. Each presenter has 20 to 30 minutes to present his/ her research paper including Questions and Answers sessions.

3.   Presentation and Equipment

A loptop (Windows) and LCD projector will be equipped in all the presentation rooms. Kindly ensure that you have plugged in your USB and copy your presentation slide into the laptop before your presentation.  We advise and recommend you to bring copies of your presentation slide in the event of unforeseeable technical fault that may arise resulting in the inability to copy your presentation material into the laptop.  

4.   Sessions Chair

Sessions Chairs are expected to introduce the presenters’ background briefly and ensure that the session begins and ends on time. The time allocated should be divided equally and fairly between the numbers of presentations.

5.   Meals and Refreshments

Coffee, tea, and light refreshments will be provided twice a day, while lunch will be provided for the two days. All presenters, Sessions chair, and paid participants are invited for meals at Club House while students’ meals venue is located at foyer below, near to the Auditorium’s stairs. 

6.   Prayer

Prayer rooms for male and female are available on the second floor near the Auditorium.

7.   Booth and Book Sales Counter

Booth and book sales counter is located in front of Auditorium, near to Registration and Information Desk.

8.   A Polite Request to All Participants and Presenters


All presenters and participants are requested to arrive on time for all programmes including the keynote addresses and parallel sessions. Do refer to the Conference Programme Book for further details. The opening and closing ceremonies will start with the recitation of Asmaul Husna.
